We build Hurozo to help teams orchestrate AI-driven workflows. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you use the Hurozo app and connected services.

What we collect

• Account info you provide (email, name) and authentication metadata.
• Workspace content you store or connect (e.g., agent graphs, inputs, documents).
• Usage logs for reliability, security, and analytics.

How we use data

• To operate and improve the product (execution, storage, search, scheduling).
• To secure the service (fraud/abuse detection, auditing, incident response).
• To support you (troubleshooting, product updates, notices you opt into).

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with subprocessors necessary to provide the service (cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics) under contractual safeguards, or when required by law.

Retention & control

You can delete agents, files, and integrations from the product. We retain limited logs for security and compliance. If you leave, you may request deletion of your account data.

Security

We use industry-standard security controls (encryption in transit and at rest where supported, access controls, monitoring). No system is 100% secure; report issues to security@hurozo.com.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Hurozo harmless from claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
