    Agent lookup

    Use an agent name, saved agent id, or agent UUID. The SDK resolves the correct execution target.

    This interim policy describes how Attend, by Hurozo handles personal data today, in good faith. It is effective now and will be replaced by a definitive, counsel-reviewed policy. It is not legal advice. For any question, contact privacy@hurozo.com and a person answers in writing.

    The short version

    Attend, by Hurozo is operated by Hurozo B.V., the data controller for this website and for the account data you give us. Our full registered identity and contact are in the Data controller section below.

    • We collect the minimum we need to run the service and answer you. We do not sell personal data.
    • Today the managed service runs on infrastructure outside the EU. EU-resident deployment is on our roadmap, and the legal treatment of these transfers is being confirmed with counsel.
    • You control the content you run through Attend. What you run stays yours.
    • You can exercise your rights, or ask anything, at privacy@hurozo.com.

    What personal data we collect

    Information you give us

    When you contact us, book a demo, or open an account: your name, work email, company, and the content of your message or request.

    Information from using Attend

    Account and configuration data, the content you choose to process in Attend, and operational logs of actions taken, so the work is reviewable and can be held.

    Technical data

    Basic server logs needed to operate and secure the site and the product.

    The definitive data inventory is being confirmed with counsel and engineering.

    Why we process it

    To provide and support the service (performance of a contract); to respond to your enquiries and run demos (our legitimate interest in answering you); to meet legal and accounting obligations; and with your consent where the law requires it, for example for any non-essential cookie.

    The content you run through Attend

    When you use Attend on your own data, you are the controller of that data and we act as your processor: we process it only to provide the service and on your instructions. Contact us for the current Data Processing Agreement status. Today the managed service runs on infrastructure outside the EU; EU-resident deployment is on our roadmap and the legal treatment of these transfers is being confirmed with counsel.

    Who we share it with

    We share personal data only with the service providers we need to run Attend, such as our hosting provider and the operational tools that keep the service running. Each is bound to protect the data and to use it only to provide their service to us.

    Contact us for the current subprocessor-list status. It will be published here with the final policy.

    International transfers

    Personal data is currently processed on infrastructure outside the EEA. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, an approved safeguard such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses is required. Contact us for the current transfer basis. Keeping personal data in the EU and EEA is a goal we are working toward.

    The definitive transfer basis is being confirmed with counsel.

    Your rights

    Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you access to your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or provide it in a portable form. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any right, email privacy@hurozo.com and a person answers in writing.

    You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

    Cookies

    The Attend website is built to avoid non-essential tracking. We self-host our fonts and do not load third-party advertising or social trackers. Where we need any non-essential cookie, we will ask for your consent first.

    How we protect it

    We use access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, managed hosting, and logging of actions so activity can be reviewed. Security is a practice we keep improving, not a fixed guarantee.

    Children

    Attend is a business product. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

    Changes to this policy

    When this policy changes we will update this page and the effective date above. The definitive, counsel-reviewed policy will replace this interim version here, with no change to how you reach us.
